Cooks Brook Beach is the nearby Cape Cod Bay beach for a stay at Cherrystone. The roughly one-mile trip from the house gives you the option to walk, bike, or drive, depending on your group and beach gear. Check the route and current beach access before heading out.
At the house, you’ll have a deck for meals after the beach and a kitchen for packing snacks or making dinner together. An outdoor shower and beach gear are among the seasonal extras; ask us what will be available for your dates.
For town beach parking information and current requirements, check the Town of Eastham website before your trip. Beach access and parking rules can change by season.

Nauset Light Beach & the National Seashore.
For an Atlantic beach day, look toward Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach in Eastham. Both are part of the Cape Cod National Seashore. They make a different kind of outing from the bay: plan around the current ocean conditions, access arrangements, and your group’s needs.
The National Park Service keeps current information for Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach, including directions and visitor information. Check those pages for your travel dates rather than relying on last summer’s parking or access arrangements.
03 / A CHANGE OF PACE
A ride, a walk, a little exploring.
The Cape Cod Rail Trail passes through Eastham and offers another way to spend part of your stay. Use the official rail trail map and visitor information to choose an access point and route that suits your group, and check current closures before setting off.
For a start to exploring the National Seashore, visit the Salt Pond Visitor Center in Eastham. It’s a place to get maps, learn about the Cape, and plan walks with current park information. Wellfleet and Provincetown are other options for a day out from your Eastham home base.

Cherrystone sleeps up to seven across a king suite, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main level. Linens, bath towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer are included. You can explore the floor plan before deciding whether the layout suits your group.
Summer stays from May 29 through September 4, 2027, run Saturday to Saturday in whole weeks. Outside summer, the minimum is three nights, making a shorter Cape Cod break an option. Dogs are considered with advance approval and an additional fee; please include your dog’s age, breed, and weight in your request.
